Most of you who have been following me or have known me for a while know my love (more like obsession) for denim. I have at least 20 pairs of jeans and a plethora of denim jackets that I've collected over the years. I also worked as a Women's Designer Denim Specialist at Bloomingdales for a year. So at this point I'd definitely say it's something I specialize in. 

When the news broke that Khloe Kardashian was releasing a denim brand I    must say I was very skeptical as the whole Kardashian craze has literally exhausted me to the point of annoyance. Although I'm still (sometimes) obsessed with Kim and Kourtney's style will forever be a hit! 

Being that I had recently transitioned out of trapping Designer denim I had to try them out for myself and see if they would live up to the automatic hype. Needless to say I was thoroughly Impressed when trying them on. Being a thicker girl I've always have problems finding comfy jeans but trying on Good American there was this insane stretch in them was not only comfy but super flattering. 

Fast forward another year and here I am in need of some extra cash and get and email for a pop up shop needing sales associates for a denim company who's identity was kept secret. Slightly missing my old roots I went for it and ended up landing an interview with none other than Good American. I waltz up in a chic all black ensemble to meet the general store manager and customer relations specialist and get hired on the spot. 

The stars couldn't have aligned any better because the pop up was held at The Americana in Glendale which is literally a mile from the marketing agency I work at. From Dec. 1st - Jan. 13th I had the pleasure to be apart and awesome team of individuals and rekindle my old flame in the world of sales. 

Great jeans, great team and even better experience I met some great ladies and my love Kai (the handsome ladies man in the photo above). Being apart of this squad was a perfect way to end the year and also open the year as well, the extra bucks in my account didn't hurt too much either. 

Let's get into this outfit honey, I am wearing my trusty distressed Play DNM Denim jacket, a Hanes white tee and Good American's mixed denim jeans and my trusty black boots from Justfab. Now let me tell yall, these jeans are super comfy and flattering I love the hem detailing. I can't wait to pair them with a pair of pumps or strappy sandals.
