Fashion Week FW'17 Faves
With Fashion Month coming to an end, I wanted to do a round up of my fave shows for the season. Although my favorite designer DKNY didn't show this season there were a host of awesome shows to tune into. I love to dress for the cold so its automatic that the Fall/Winter shows are my favorite. When I'm analyzing the shows I'm looking at them for sole inspiration. I tend to gravitate towards the most wearable pieces/looks that will be easy to recreate.
Yeezy Season 5
A lovely mix of wearable pieces staying true the brands aesthetic which I appreciate so much. It's safe to say this is my favorite season of Kanye's. My favorite looking the collection is the black denim on denim, I'm a denim lover as most of you know and black denim is something that I'm needing to get in my closet so seeing this in the collection was exciting for me.
Michael Kors FW'17
This collection blew me away, the elegance and slay worthy looks shown channeled my inner caucasian scammer. I love the neutral color palette for fall and the slouchy silhouettes and fur details are to die for. My favorite look is the fur coat and turtleneck combo, with the slouchy bad. Michael Kors slayed this collection and brought MK back to its roots.
Public School FW'17
Public School has definitely hit the nail on the head the past couple of seasons and FW'17 was not disappointing at all. Their mix of classic silhouettes with a street wear slouch is something that spoke to me. My favorite look in the collection is the mixed print pajama styled set. I love sets and the slouchiness of this one is so versatile, easily interchangeable from sneakers to heels.
Sportmax FW'17
Sleek, sporty and cozy, perfect for the fall and winter months. This collection takes athleisure to infinity and beyond. Luxurious cuts and sleek athletic lines with heavy fabrics, I'm getting a very Nike feel and I love it.
